They make things better in our society.
Teachers teach us reading and writing,
Our future brightens because they are inspiring.
Doctors treat us when we are sick,
And medicine will do the trick.
Policemen come in times of trouble for us,
They help keep things safe, thus.
Postmen bring letters without a fuss,
Bringing news from far and near to us,
Firefighters put out fires, for both friends and strangers,
When our life and things are in danger.
Mechanics fix our cars and tires,
When the situation is very dire.
