                                    Vitamin DThis vitamin strengthens our bones and teeth. It helps us to absorb calcium from different foods we eat. Its deficiency causes rickets. Meat, fish, egg, milk, juice, etc., are rich in vitamin D.Vitamin KThis vitamin is important for our body whenever there is a blood clot. Its deficiency causes haemorrhagic conditions. Green leafy vegetables, kiwi, tomatoes, pomegranate, etc., are rich in vitamin K.Vitamin EThis vitamin protects our lungs from polluted air. It maintains our body tissues and helps in the formation of red blood cells. Its deficiency causes liver necrosis.
